Everyone at the hotel is very friendly and helpful, all food is excellent and plentiful. Rooms are fairly small, but always clean and fully stocked with necessary items. Perfect as a base for visiting the local countryside. Resisdent cats are a delight! (1337592)

Good points Very friendly service, excellent food, pleasant and relaxed atmosphere
Not so good: Parking somewhat restricted, but always possible to find somewhere nearby

staff very helpful.Would liked to have known difficult to get a meal at hotel on thursday evenings due to shortage of staff.Would have been helpful to know that you had to book a resturant Fri and Sat night in Mumbles as nigh impossible to get table otherwise.Apart from that we had an enjoyable stay. Good points excellent breakfast.liked having biscuits in room.Excellent directions.
Not so good: door next to us needed oiling.Wardrobe a bit cramped.

We enjoyed our stay, although this small hotel might perhaps be described as a professionally run Guest House. The staff maintained a good balance of friendliness without being intrusive. Breakfast included a wide range of juices, fruits, cereals and cooked items. Excellent attention was paid to small features in the room, e.g. toiletry sundries were of good quality; facilities included hairdrier, iron, small safe. Overall, an enjoyable experience. (1325326)
