Good points good location, helpful staff, clean

The staff were extremely helpful, the room was a bit small for my liking and the parking was difficult but overall it was good value for money and I would consider staying again.

Good points Friendly staff, good food
Not so good: Cramped bathroom

I arrived late (after 9pm), to a friendly greeting and instant help with getting the car into a parking area off the road. Breakfast the following morning was excellent.

he staff at the White House Hotel made my trip wonderful. Sadly, the accomodations were noisy as there is no sound proofing in between walls above or around the rooms. If the rooms were quieter, this would be fantastic!

I felt that my stay was made very enjoyable by the staff of the place and i am going to use the place again ,when im next in swansea.

Good points I like the cosy feeling of the place and the staff
Not so good: Lack of a hotel bar

This is a good value hotel with friendly staff. The single room I had was very nice - I even had some space to move! Would definitely stay there again.

Good facilities in the rooms, clean,tidy, and warm
Not so good: The owners had a cat in the lounge, and as I have an allergy to cats I would have liked to know this in advance. However it did not go in the rooms.

Quick and easy check in/out. Location. Peace and quiet.
Not so good: Cat in the dining room !!
