A pleasent stay in a very nice and clean hotel. Very nice English breakfast.
Close to the centre of the city and the nice little centre, Uplands nearby.

I travel to Swansea for business on a regular basis and I have been staying at The White House at least once a month for the last 2 years. Mike and the team make me feel very welcome and its almost like a home from home. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the food excellent.

We had a most enjoyable stay at The White House for 3 nights in July.
Mike is a friendly and helpful host, as are all members of staff.
The standard of accommodation was very good, the room comfortable and clean.
We enjoyed our breakfasts but did not sample the evening meals which I understand were excellent, according to the other guests we spoke to.
The location of the hotel is very good for walking to Swansea centre, Swansea Bay and Mumbles.
All in all, we would love to pay another visit and would highly reccommend The White House.

A most enjoyable stay. I was there for 11 nights and the staff were consistently helpful and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfasts choices are plentiful and very tasty.

The location is good, close to Uplands which has a couple of great pubs, some lovely restaurants and takeaways. If you have a car, it can be tricky to find reasonable parking spaces nearby, but this is a minor issue.

I feel it is worth saying also that in a rush I managed to forget a couple of items on my way to check out and Mike the hotel manager promptly sent them through the post before I'd even realised I didn't take them.

Many thanks to Mike and the rest of the staff who made me feel very welcome and providing a comfortable base from which to experience Swansea and the film festival for which I was there.

We enjoyed our stay at the White House. The staff were excellent and the room was clean and tidy, though small. There were two issues that concerned me however, one being the bed which I felt was less than comfortable - very small and I felt like the mattress was sloping off to the side - I did not sleep well. The second was that noise carried from the street outside and the room next door where we could hear everything that the person staying there was saying in a phone conversation that lasted well into the night.

We had a very nice stay at the White House. Mike was very helpful in solving a problem with our rental car.Great location, great breakfast, makes us want to stay again.

Thanks for the opportunity to comment… Although it’s unusual for us to not stay with family while visiting Wales, it does happen and we couldn’t have chosen a better accommodation… really enjoyed staying at the White House, it’s accommodations, people and location… able to walk to most locations we needed to visit… again Thanks, Jennifer and Del…

Had a very pleasent stay at The White House,food at breakfast and dinner excellent very resonable wine list. Will recommend this Hotel to anyone.

This small hotel is almost perfect in taste and accommodation. Michael is a particularly good and gracious host, but all staff are fine. We do plan to get back there when we can. Highest recommendation.

Janet and I had a very pleasant couple of nights stay at The White House.Every-one was most friendly and helpful,even sorting some bus times for us.The room could not be faulted,we had a delicious evening meal and breakfasts that could not be a better start to the day.We will certainly be back!
